Our Business
Started in 2002, after seeing the conditions of houses many section 8 receipents and working people are subjected to living in, we decided to provide better alternatives. The number of available houses has grown by 400% since that year and with God's grace will continue to grow.
We seek out homes and communities that we would feel comfortable living in with our own family. After completing necessary repairs and upgrades, our homes are placed on the rental market for monthly rates usually lower than average for the area.
We believe we can make a small difference in the lives of those who matter, the families of our communities.
